Hey Helliviknow where are you from?
I have a power steering pump for a 2GNT.

Change that shock while your at it.

Start with those 2 things and then try diagnosing the problem once they are fixed.

Could be a bad bearing or something of that sort. But gotta fix the obvious first.

These cars are funny like that.
You could have all the symptoms that someone else had when it was one particular problem but yours might be somethine totally different. And very simple to fix.

All my problems have been.

But that cars a pain in the ass.
Theres alot of blood sweat and tears into my car. HAHAHA

yeah ashah it makes noise turning right but the the right shock is the one dented so id think it would do it turning left when the right shock would be compressing.... so i dunt know..

yeah my uncle can do it at his shop... but i also like the alingment at tire discounters... i bought my wheels/tires there and the alignment it came with was great.. car never drove straighter lol.. but they have some high tech machine prints out the camber, toe, caster all that and shows you the low down from before the alignment and what it changed and what it is now....

oh yeah and i took it up there for my 5k rotation.. and they checked the balance on the tires and filled em with that nitrogen stuff and all i had to do is drink there coffee and watch regis for 20 minutes... then they gave my keys back and i drove away ust like that.. not a dime.. they got good support i think

what the reason behind putting in nitrogen instead of normal air?

helliviknow
05-13-2004, 02:16 PM
well from what there radio comercial said its less likely to leak over time... and it stays cooler therefore prolonging tire life or somethin... apparently nascar and f1 and stuff have been using it for a while now.. im not sure if its all they say it is but its free to get it if uv ever bought tires from them or something and like a buck a tire if not.. and since it was free i was like sure why the hell not lol..

CV joints, very very common in front wheel drive cars, mine have gone out already, they run prolly bout 60 bucks a peice, if u do em urself...but if it clicks turning, thats prolly wut it is...

u can get the spilt kind for like 10 bucks each i think. it has a dozen little nuts a bolts to attach the open side back to gether make sure to get the kind with bolts the glue together ones dont last. if you're good with putting together little tiny things in a confined space(have smaller hands) they work good. it took me about a hour to do both outside boots but it was the first time i used em and it was a pretty tight fit to get my hands in the right spot to screw em together. the nice thing is you dont have to pull the axles

yeah i dont exactly have small hands... but i do have a cousin thats like a monkey around cars... this kid could fit under a lowered integra and change the oil.. somehow lol.. he could get the small shit gether if we temped it
