Swap GT Rearend to V6 for LSD?

Is it easier to take the rearend from a lets say 98 junked gt and swap it into a 98 V6? Or buy a T-lok pumpkin and install it?

well with swapping a rearend wouldnt it be just a couple of bolts and the brakelines? But the T-lok and opening up the differential? whats better or cheaper
