2002 grand marqui

my friend car was stolen and he got it back it was hit in the front and the air bags went off. i need to know where the air bag sensor is on the car how hard it is to replace it and if he needs to replace it. he got both the air bags and just needs to know what he has to do to make the car safe to drive again
