have a 99 tahoe when braking at slow speed ( 5 - 10 mph) , the abs seems to function for no appearent reason. happens about 1 out of 5 times when braking at slow speeds. there is not an abs light on. under hard braking i have a slight pull to one side.had rotors turned and new pads . any ideas ?

Whats happening is one of your wheel speed sensors is losing its signal at low speeds causing an ABS event. There is a GM technical bulletin regarding rust build-up causing this..unfortunatly I dont have acess to my SI server tonight so I can give you the number
