new brakes sucks

I just put in my new rotors (drilled/slotted) and brake pads. When I took it for a test run, the car hardly stops, and the e-brake won't lock up the rear.
Do the new rotors and pads have to break in?
How long?
How can I tighten the e-brake?

500 miles or so should be good to break em in. There's a special procedure to break em in and have them seated correctly. If you tried drifting with your new brakes, you probably fucked them up already.

lol yeah dudes right, if youve stepped on the brakes really hard your screwed. besides after a test run your supposed to bleed em again and recheck the fluid.
