it all depends man, there all good street racing cars. and track cars. they all resond well to upgrades and they all have been pushed to run atleast 10sec in the 1320, so my answer is all of the above

it depends on what you want. they all have their upsides and defaults.
evos have awd and that can help with exceleration but they only have a 2.0 I4. i think.
supras have bigger engines but the turbos give a lot of turbo lag.
i dont know very much about rotarys, i guess you mean the mazdas, i know that they are quick thou.

look at it this way what has the most proven hp mods for the cheapest
what has the easiest methods of installing these said upgrades and what is the best platform for what you want to do
then you will have you answere

A rotary what? You can put a Wankel in lots of cars. I've even seen one in a Chevy Bel Air. What size rotary? Is it a 1.2, 1.3, 2, 2.6-liter, or what?
