to all Holley carb owners

I heard when ever you install a Holley carb, you always have to tune it according to the elevation. Is that true?

If you order it from the factory or thru an authorized dealer then all that is taken into consideration when yuou provide info for application. Holley's very good about that.

If you pick one up at the swap meet then chances are that you will have to tune/adjust everything about it. Of course, anytime you buy a used carb you will have to rebuild it just to clean it and replace every gasket - cheap insurance.
