Emblems

I have a 86 Z28 camaro i just bought. I have been slowly restoring it to a better working order, however it needs some cosmetic work. One of the things I need is a z28 ground affects emblem. I've had a devil of a time finding the things anywhere. Would anyone know if any place sells them (not including ebay). Any help would be appreciated.

p.s. first time poster and just want to say it has been fun reading the first couple pages of posts.

www.fbodymotorsports.com, they might have a used one, and can probly get you a new one. also might try your local chevy dealership, they can probly get one. or www.yearone.com, they have a nextgen section that includes third and fourth gen camaros and firebirds. one of those three should definatly have it.

no i have them but im too lazy i would rather buy new ones(already Painted) and replace these you can bairly see them black emblems on a black car sucks the only thing you can see is the red bowtie in the back

i want a color you usaly dont see with black i.e. not red, white or blue because i know too many cars that already have those colors

RKSport.com has the chrome z28 emblems. I,m getting ready to buy the black carbon z28 emblems from them for my z. I just bought my Z28 last week, for some reason the guy had removed the z28 emblems and replaced them with the black carbon Camaro.

Well i checked all the websites and they didnt have the one i wanted. Mine is like black on top clear in middle, and red on bottom, so im either gonna have to get lucky at junkyard or ill pop the other one off and buy two of the same. sigh

how bout neon green?? lol, yea i dont think green or yellow would look good since you dont have anything else on the outside thats the same color
