Cleaning interior

I have a 2003 Malibu with the carbon fiber-looking interior trim. I need to know what I can use to clean this trim (fingerprints smeared on trim) that will not harm or "fog up" the trim. This is the trim that runs above the glove box from the passenger side to the dash.
