Hi All,
Has anyone here ever rode in or owned or owns the new MAXSPEED Extreme Drop Lowering Springs?

Its not the same as there other spring which only lowers the car 1.75.
I was thinking of using it on my 91 sedan and wanted to get some feedback.

I own a set of the standard MAXSPEED springs for my 95 Maxima, that along with GR-2's have given me a great ride but this time I was thinking of going a bit lower for my Civic.

Anyway here is some info on it:
Description: MAXSPEED Extreme Drop Lowering Springs
Guarantee Fitments: 88-91 Honda Civic (inc. CRX)
Approx Weights: 30 lbs
Benefits: Lowers 2.75 (front) / 2.0 (rear)
Warranty: Limited Life Time

So any advice would be greatly welcome or if you have tested out other springs that drop the civic about 2" and has a smooth ride and won't cost an arm and a leg.

Oh yea, I'm useing GR-2's on the civic as well.

Thankx,

1. No drop spring will ride smooth with 2" or more drop
2. GR2's will have a very short life w/ 2" or more drop & will not function correctly

Does anyone make smaller shocks? (not accord swap)

Shorter? No. Koni yellows have adjustable spring perches that allow for 25mm of ride height adjustment.
