won't start

ok i im exausted,still no start new coil ,new rotor,new cap car turns over no start jumpered dme don,t hear fuel injectors power up,do hear when i atatch a 9v bayttery,getting positive to injector tested with meter positive to ground 12v when dme is jumpered should i be getting a power reading rite from the injector itself when i jumper dme,or start? getting fuel up to the rail for sure getting spark too what can i try?

You should get about 10 volts from the injectors when they're plugged in, injector windings take 2 volts to power.

Get a Bosch noid light. Some major auto parts store carry them. That will for sure tell you if the injectors are firing.
