God awful screaching

ok so im goin down the highway when all of a sudden my OD light starts flashing, i cant do anything about it so i wait till i get off the highway and try turning my overdrive on and off, and it still flashes. well i get to where im goin because my car is driving fine and makingno weird jerks or sounds and my temp is cool, but when i stop all of a sudden my car is smoking under the hood. i pop it and theres fluid everywhere.....turns out to be tranny fluid. i also notice im missing a hose. somehow my pressure hose came off and was lost and my highspeed caused my fluid to leak from where the tube is spose to be. but now when i start my car i sometimes get this god awful screaching noise. my parents say its my tranny fluid on my belt but i dunno. anyone have any idea what it might be?

im taking it that the line is your trans cooler. your trans should be a cd4e if thats the case if there is a grinding i'm taking it that your diff pin blew apart or slid out i had the same problem with my 93 it all depends on how much fluid you lost and how long you drove it that way
