Awesome paintball gun

Im selling my paintball gun that I got last year. Its a Raptor Silver Eagle. Everything on the gun adds up to about $300. I'm asking $200. This gun is in perfect condition, used about 5 or 6 times. I have an expansion chamber, a starfire bolt, and a dye stainless barrel(which makes this gun so accurate and quiet that it's unbelievable), and I also lightened the trigger pull, and a standard 200 rd hopper. I really love this gun, and the only reason I'm selling it is because I really need a body kit for my 2002 Grand Prix. If you have any questions or if you want to see pictures, e-mail me at [email protected]

Airsoft is posing around the bush with realisitic looking BB gubs.
I don't have any pics of mine, but my pistole is identical to this:
http://www.ccfa.com/images/HK%20USP%20P8%20Detail%20shot.JPG
Which is a USP P8.
The rifle I am getting is identical to this:
http://www.armchairgunshow.com/images/sb-r7140.jpg
Except my scope is wider (3-9x50) and doesn't have the long extension.

Since it's fully upgraded, about 100m with fair accuracy, 75 with great accuracy. It will shoot futher, but not accuractly.
I feel thats an accurate assessment :D

Yep, generally just goggles, as swollowing a BB isnt a huge deal.
Paintball masks are discouraged in my team; they just look crap, and half of airsoft is the look.
Heres some links:

can't someone just cheat and say they haven't gotten hit??? A solid paint splash ensures that they are out

so it's just a bunch of people playing war? how do you know when somoene's been hit? globs of paint are hard to dispute but i could see a lot of people just claiming to have been missed in airsoft.

Gotta love the P90s:

And if they ever make an Airsoft version of this baby, I'm there:

I would LOVE that 249!
Cheating. Often if a bb hits webbing or equipment, it makes a pretty loud noise. Anyone who doesn't own up just doesn't get invited back usually.
Some teams play no head shots; we do and I can guarantee with the 700 that you'll feel it, especially on exposed skin.
Damn I want that Minimi (249)! I can't get one here though cos full autos are illegal except with the proper licence :(
I wouldnt recommend the PSG1 though. Its bloody expensive and has little in the way of upgrades.
Its not really considered a sniper rifle in airsoft, but thats a matter of huge discussion. Definatly get the cool points though.

it is contradictory, when people try and cheat and say they weren't hit. But another key thing in airsoft is being honest. But they do make airsoft BBs that are actually mini paint balls that fit in the airsoft gun Really cool. I dont have any pics of my gun, but this is what it looks like: http://www.uncompany.com/pageproductdetails.asp?prodid=116

The SIG is nice. SIGs always are.
The 6mm paintballs are not a good idea. They explode prematurely and often fuck the barrells up.

The Sig Pistols are my all time favorite pistol, for design, accuracy and power (the real thing). The Sig P228 was credited the worlds most accurate handgun straight from the box. But the airsoft is pretty accurate, not eh greatest though. THe design is what turns me on. :)
I especially like the P220 Sport with the extended barrel.

If they ever make an airsoft of an Alliant Techsystems / Heckler-Koch XM-29 SABR / OICW assault rifle (Objective Individual Combat Weapon), then I'm definitely there.

Is that the weapon from Splinter Cell by chance?Which one? The P-90? That would be a no.
As far as I know, the SC-20K Sam uses in the game is fictional, though with weapons, you never know. The video game AR has a lot of the specs the P-90 has, though, so the SC might have been based off of it.
Here's the game-rifle info:
http://www.splintercellhq.com/view.php?view=items#sk
And here's some stats on the real P-90:
http://www.fnmfg.com/products/p90/p90.htm
http://world.guns.ru/smg/smg13-e.htm
http://remtek.com/arms/fn/p90/data/concept.htm
http://www.fnhusa.com/contents/guns_1100px/fn_tw_p90_r.jpg
A couple more personal notes on one of my most favorite weapons of all time:
- the 'circular' rear-grip it has allows you to 'spin' the rifle around your thumb, for 'fast-draw' capabilities, as you 'swing and shoot' from your side-carry strap (preferrable).
- The trigger/handle position allows for better control when 'shooting from the hip' as sometimes necessitated by close-combat situations, allowing for greater accuracy in those situations as well.
- Single-handed control/shooting is a snap, compared to most other ARs.
- Top-loader mags are a cinch - just drop and tap, although it is kind of annoying not being able to just drop the mag with one click.
- A LOT less recoil than the Vietnam-era M-16s, and a 900 rpm capability allows for very accurate, three-round bursts.
- Integrated scope, and laser (visible or infra-red) available, and does not add any noticeable weight to the weapon.
- Will accomodate a tactical light, and an external laser, also.
- A casing catcher can be attached below the ejection port, if you are afraid of tripping over your own casings.
- Tough, see-through polymer mags, that allow you to do an instant, visual, ammo check.
- Easy 'stripper', and requires no tools.
- Sound suppressor attaches directly, with no modifications necessary.
- Did I mention 900 rounds-per-minute? http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/images/smilies/evil_lol.gif
- It's just cool as hell. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/images/smilies/sunglasses.gif

http://www.airsoft.com/pictures/famas.jpg
it was a splurge purchase, dunno anyone that really airsofts though, I just bought it b/c I thought it would hurt ppl but it's not that powerful. It will sting like a bitch on exposed skin though. It's a full auto gun, shoots pretty fast. The ammo on these things are expensive though, 1000 rounds are $7. And when you shoot these things with full auto, they are gone quick.

Oh. I've had 'occasion' to handle, and fire a P90, and let me tell you, coming from the standard M-4s, it was the smoothest weapon I have ever handled, rifle or handgun. It feels like, and is designed to be halfway between a rifle and a handgun.
As for the FN, I haven't been fortunate enough to handle one in real life, but it is manufactured by the same company that designed and built the P90, so I would expect it would be an awesome AR, and that's why I would love to try it, even as an Airsoft. It even has the same 'thumbspin' grip, it seems.
Specs are real good too: http://world.guns.ru/assault/as41-e.htm
Also, now that I am looking closer (been a while since I played Splinter Cell), I believe you are right, and the FN F2000 seems to be what good 'ol Sam Fisher was using...;)
