Spoiler for 2001 LS (Pace car model)

I am looking for a good place, online, to buy the Pace Car Spoiler for a 2001 Monte Carlo LS. I would preferable like to receive it painted.
The only place that I have found so far is www.spoilers4less.com
Any suggestions?
Or, should I buy it from chevy?

Also, does anyone have any installation tips or suggestions?
