1988 350V8 TB SWAP FOR A 70's 454V8 Carb MOTOR

What do I need to do to swap motors? This is a 4X4 with the 700R4 Trany. The 454 is out of a mid 70's truck. I do a lot of towing and need the power. The 350 has bad rings and is using oil faster then I can put it in. It also has very little power due to the rings.
