Finally!

We finally unloaded our 2001 Crapsler Town & Cuntry Limited (usable time)! I may exceed the size of the post when I describe what went wrong. Here are the high (or low) lights.
At 2200 (yes two thousand two hundred) miles, the Camshaft snapped. So, they replaced the shortblock.
Almost immediately, my wife complained that it STILL didn't run right. I should have listened to her.
At 7600 miles, they replaced the lifters due to a stuck lifter. Oh yes, they replaced the shortblock but not the lifters.
At about 20,000 miles we made the mistake of taking the Crapsler on an extended trip (20 miles). We couldn't restart it. The tow truck driver was VERY familiar with towing these vehicles, so once he got there, he quickly disabled it and put it on the lift.
After that we decided to trade it in on a Toyota Sienna. You'd think it would end there, but . . .
Before we could dump this thing, the radio quit working.
It's gone now, but I pity the fool.....

havent heard of one giving that much trouble, sounds like you got a lemon or something. Our 01 had to have the radio replaced, and the sliding doors have their own little whiny trouble, but overal its been a great car, weve had chrysler vans since 92, and theonly trouble out of anyof them has been the transmission, thats why the tow driver was familiar with towing them, the transmissions go out all the time

Jeff,
I, think you have exaggerated enough about your T&C.
how many miles were on it when you got rid of it?
Why did you let a DC dealer replace a shortblock at 2200 miles? At such a low mileage, they would have replaced the whole motor, or the whole Van.
And you didn't ask them to? you just traded it in?
It's ok to be mad and discouraged, but tell me something believable, not try to leave us the impression that this van has only 10K on it now.... and the farthest you ever drove it was 20 miles.
Good luck with the Sienna, dude. When you drive it 20 miles and your back aches from the crappy seats and stiff ride, remember, that's all the farther you ever drive, so it'll be ok.
