Tranny Broken?

Ive got a 95 Integra LS, i just put new master and slave clys in it, totally flushed the lines. Dropped the tranny and put a new clutch in it, throwout bearing, release bearing, pressure plate, EVERYTHING, put it all together. and its working in the REVERSE order. When i put the clutch pedal down its trying to move, when i let it up it wont move at all. what would cause this? :screwy:
