I need info..

Hello I got '91 Crx D16A8

and there is a rhytmical noise in my tranny that is getting faster if I accelerate and that appears most when my drive turns? and if I push the clutch, the noise has gone.. What is wrong..
I was told that the diffrental was damaged and I also heard that it was the driveshaft..

that kinda sounds like a throw-out bearing. when i would push in on the clutch it would go away.

any other symptoms you can think of?

yeah it does sound like a throwout bearing. if that is it just make sure you put a new one in next time you replace your clutch. you should be fine on that onw for awhile, just sounds bad.

I've had a pilot bearing crap out and make some weird noises.

Yeah had the same problem in my old crx.. Was the throw out bearing.
