Interstate race over the weekend

On the way home this weekend from college i got a chance to have a little interstate thrill. After 5 hrs of driving i passed a nice bmw, i admired its curves and moved on, a minute later a red riced out 3rd gen eclipse flies up next to me holds up, so i am like ya all right i'll give ya a run. I was too lazy to even downshift so at 75 mph i just floored it in 5th as i hear his car whine from the downshift i still pull away with ease, as I reach approx 105 a slow car is in the way and another car in the other lane so i hit my brakes, but this guy just keeps goin on the shoulder and passes them both, just as the slow car in front of me gets out of my way the bmw i had passed decided to join and has a run on me and gets out front, but it didn't take long to catch him and pass him, but i had had enough fun so cooled it down while the 3rd gen kept movin at about 110 i believe. All in all, i beat em both in my opinion, got the heart racing for a lil bit on a boring ass drive. Just thought i would share the story.

i jus had an experiance like this, driving on 84 in hartford, some jetta flys by me and its some chick, so for like 20 miles me and her going back and forth hovering beetween 90 and 100, its a 4 lane road so we were doing some heavy weaving in and out, it was fun, i got far ahead of that lil gay car than u slowed down and let her go by cause i got bored, so in the end the finished ahead but only cause i let her

the other day i pulled up next to a firebird, one of the newer ones, and he started talkin siht "wut u got like 2 cilynders in there?" i was like nah i got 4 but i'd only need 2 to beat u" he laffs n revs, i rev he asked wut that hissing sound my car was making "wuts that noise, u got nos? so do i" i said "not nos, turbo" as then the light turns green n i pull away in 3rd... he shows up at the next light a few mins later i look over n he tries to ignore me i rev n hear him say "nice car" then he peels out n turns the other way... haha

most recently i was pulling on a teg that looked like a UFO on the inside. i wondered how the guy could see outside there were gig flashing shiftlights and like how ever too many gauges too many gauges, and these two guys. we spanned the vincent thomas bridge ant the connecting bridge to the 710 right outside of Long Beach. i am a sic driver on the freeway and canyons and i can't let all those people we are passing see a DSM getting losed to a UFO-tegra. so i'm pretty much out in front splaying the hazards and i slow down to normal speeder speeds and he catches up to me. we ended up going opposite ways on the 405 and gave a good wave. he knew i smoked his ass tho...

i pulled up to an STI and got spanked

My friends got a STI. Their is almost nothing around hear that can touch it. This 98GSX with mods up the ass put up a good fight, but its just not as fast. My friend always gives me shit about having a slow ass car. Then I tell him he paied 31k and that guy that was a close match was only like 12k with mods. I have drivin his STI its crazy.

i beat an sti the other day, he has a massive front mount and some other mods. we went from a 20 punch, first race he beat me, second race i beat him by like 4ft, then the third we were dead even all the way to 100.

i beat a sti once. there very fast i was ahead by half a car length, didn't last long, traffic.

i know you guys are talking about sti's right now but i had to share this story with you guys. i was at a friends house the other night and they had a few of their other friends over there and i was telling some of my friends about my car and this guy come out of no where and starts to tell this story about his friend who owns and echo and how beats eclipses all day long and his echo is stock and all the cars he races are modded out. so i told him to call his friend so i could race him. oh yeah i have an rs and its bone stock except for the rims i put on it. so the guy came over in his echo. and we went out and got to a stop light. once it turned green i took off and just smoked him. ohhhhh that was so fun. then we got back and the guy that was talking shit was like your car must be super fixed up cause he beats other eclipses all day. i didnt say anything to him i just walked away.

an even with an rs, w00t, badass...I hate ppl talkin sh*** and then when they get beat all ya hear is excuses, hardly ever...wow nice car man or good race etc. but i can live with a win any day
