Help! 96 jimmy wont start

Hi i have a 96 jimmy and i cant seem to get it started what could be wrong. The battery is fully charged. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

My question to you is this.
Does the engine turn over and wont start(starter engages)
or
When you turn the key nothing happens (starter wont engage)

Next thing is to find out if you are missing fuel or spark.
remove a plug wire from a plug and spin the engine over...do you hear or see spark jumping out of the loose boot end?
next, depress the fuel pressure shrader valve on the fuel pipe going into the injector body..does fuel spray out or just dribble out.
