I just found this Ducati 999R for sale at TOO low of a price. http://www.sportbikeshop.com/view.jsp?id=754856
The guy says he has to leave the country, but selling a $30,000 bike for $9,000, just doesn't sound believable. Tell me what you guys think.

You think it's legit? I mean we are talking about a limited production Ducati 999R motorcycle! And to add to my suspicion, 999R's began production this year (2004), he states its a 2002 999R. Only the 998's came in an R version. I'm pretty sure that this offer is bogus now that I have looked at the whole picture!

of course it's a scam
do a search for ducati 999r and you'll find the same photo on a magazines website
didn't notice that it didn't even have any rego or 3200 miles worth of wear to a front tyre.

Obieones talkin about 996s guys. I'm in Washington too and everyonce in awhile you'll see a couple of 996s in the Cycletrader go for under ten. I saw a few go for a little over five.

I would send the guy a flood of questions and see what he says.. Try to get several photos, and maybe even a picture of the title. Then ask to look at it, and see what he says.
