Brake Light Problem

Hay everybody,

I have this problem with my break lights the light on the wing lights up everytime i step on the break but the two rear lights do not also when i turn on the lights there all go on, i checked on all the fuses there ok, is there something i'm missing could there be a short or something...please help.
