Not releasing stress

What does everyone here do to release stress?
I lose myself in disassembling something I haven't taken apart before. I forget what ever was bothering me and become completely absorbed in my task. Unfortunately I seem to wind up leaving my targeted object disassembled all too often. . .

I write, or read, or just drive around. I also play on my drum kit.

I have a punching bag in my spare room. When I finish work, I go in there and beat the stuffing out of it. :angryfire
I used to go outside and punch the nearest telephone pole. Two or three shots on a telephone pole that's chock full of old staples from years of yard sale flyers is murder on your knuckles though :( .... so I finally smartened up and bought a bag. I use it so much that I have to replace it every now and then, but it's well worth the hassle to save my digits.

There has to be nothing better than a hard workout. Something about exercising, especially running, makes you feel a whole lot better afterwards.

Got to agree with ya on that one, nothin like leaving parts of electronics littered on the floor of the bedroom, only to scoop them up the next time you get mad and try to re-assemble.

One word: Remington.
;)
I just come home after work, sit in my ubercomfy chair and let the stress bleed off me. Then I come on AF, see some of the fuckwits here, and get all stressed out again...which is then relieved by banning. It's a complex cycle.

Ahh stress...when the rare occasion comes by where beating the living crap out of my siblings or destroying some sort of hard substance does not cut it, the good ol pellet gun can relieve me of this uncomfort. Who here has played pellet dart???

Depends on the kind of stress. General stress = hard/fast fuck, goto the gym etc. Stress on the road = drive fast, cut people off etc. :(

Yeah, I used to do that too (not at 8 grand mind you...) .... until I pulled into work after my 15 min. break and ripped around the parking lot sideways. :evillol: I scared the shit out of the people sitting at the tables. :naughty: It made me feel great!... that is until the boss heard the squealing in the front office. I was reprimanded severely for it. So now I have to hold my temper until I get off the property. It's fun to cover two lanes with my Caprice. It ALWAYS puts a grin on me.

7300 rpm here...anyways, I find it hilarious to stand on the foot of an older gentleman and ever so kindly push him over, watch him drop. Very 3rd grade-ish.

Just depends. Go driving, or I usually do a lot of thinking. Maybe get high or go buy some really good expensive european beer to sip on. AF is definately helpful with relieving stress. Listen to some hardcore.
The other day though I punch the wall in my shower and seperated the nozzle from the caulk around it. Oopps.
