probably not, but really all cars are different. What size rims and tires are you running. the bigger they are the more positive camber they will give you which is good becasue when you drop your car it will give you negative camber, so that could help to make the less negative camber. Really the best way to find out is to just have the car aligned (which you need to do anyways after the install) and they should give you a chart with your camber. What ever you do, don't buy a camber kit through the place that does your allignment. They will rip you off! If you need it in the back just do the bolt washer trick, and in the front go buy yourself a camber kit like ingalls off of ebay and then have someone install them, or do it yourself, You will save like $500 doing it this way.

Civic's don't really need camber kits until 2" or more of lowering. For factory alignment specs you will need a camber with any lowering because there is no factory adjustment.

Neuspeed Sports are good springs. I'd totally recommend them. Paired to Koni Yellows they have a stiff feel that's close to how my Teins feel at 3/4th stiffness setting.
With the Koni Reds, they should have a nicer and more back friendly plush feel to them.
