How do u tell if there broke
and are they easy to fix
meaning i could do it myself
im not a mechanic but i mean i know how to take bolts off
and do brakes and stuff like that
my car shakes pretty bad at any speed
it was smoothing out earlier at higher speeds
but i think the other one broke
theres outter and inner right? for each side
but yea now it shakes at all speeds
and when i got new tires
some guy told me one was broke on the passenger side
and are they easy to fix

if a tie rod was broke youd know it .He prolly meant it was bent and you can just look behind the wheel to see that

sometimes they can be a PITA... depends on the vehicle and part.
lifted up off its wheels you can check for tie rods. Shake your tire the way it would move if you moved the steering wheel. If it rocks back and forth easily and feels like its worn out then u have bad tie rods. It will have like an 1" or so play, it shouldn't be like that.

yea it does that
does that mean Both need to be replaced
and also, do i need any special tools?
or is it just tak off bolts, take off part, put new part, replace bolts?
