In the english version, the Rx-8 driver says things like "Well... at least the ride is nice..." as he gets worked.

The driver kept trying to find nice things to say to the car as he pulled on by the Integra Type R.

And, yeah... towards the end the Skyline was starting to gain on the S2000. I loved how it drifted almost all the corners.

Don't be. Here in Japan, those RX8's are mostly a joke and the Miata's are the punchline.

Man I don't care what anybody says, that new RX8 is a joke. It's underpowered and Car and Driver just keeps bantering about it's handling. They obviously haven't seen this video. For almost the same amount of money to purchase a RX8 you could buy an EVO. They are cool for the girls though :p

as for the video its cool but i don't remember that one being in Rotary Reborn and i have that DVD. I probably haven't watched it properly.

The BMI drivers have a habit about talking nonsense when there's no other cars in sight. On one of the other DVD's a porsche boxster gets whooped by S2000 Skyline 350Z and he starts saying that its got a nice interior and is probably good for getting girls.

The RX-8 got redeemed in that vid. Too bad it wasn't by a "regular" RX-8. That's an A-Spec RX, with both ECU, engine, aero, and suspension tweaks. They should've had a Mugen S2000 run against it.
