question

First off, hi I'm new to these forums, secondly I have a 1980 el camino w/ a 305 engine and a four barreled carberator.

Well on to my question, I need to get the exaust manifold on the passenger side off but am having trouble with the heat shielding, anyone know how to get it off?

Hi , You have to remove heat shield first ,not fun but it makes it eazy to remove manifold then, have fun Slim
