Any tips on where to get JDM stuff?????

Not to sound ignorant, I already know of the countless distributers out there offering every part imaginable, but I am hoping you guys know someone descent, I have heard of many bad storys' and don't want to use trial and error.
I want the R33 headlight conversion, I actually was going with an infinity J30 head lights but I just saw the closed post with a link to an old post with a pic of 95' 240 with the R33 conv, and I think it is the bomb.
I live in Atl GA, and was thinking of going to NOPI since it is just 12miles from my home, but maybe you guys have good connections or personally know someone with them. Planning to get them in a month or two. Any pointer will be greatly appreciated.
