91 S-10 Blazer Sport Troublecode 24...

I'm having trouble with my Blazer. On the way home from work last night I got to the signal at the end of my street, then I couldn't get over 12 mph!

The trouble code is 24. (Vehicle Speed Sensor) I'm getting conflicting information on it. Some sites say it is located on the transfer case, others say it is IN the T-case.

Does anyone know where it is and how difficult it may be to replace for an average joe like me?
