won't start

I was driving down a hill yesterday, let off the gas to let it coast.The van went dead all the gauges as well I pulled over went to restart turns over but won't start...I checked the coil and no spark, I replaced the coil still nothing..I tested the new coil in another vehicle and it started no problem , so it's a good coil ...anyone have any ideas?? I really don't think it would be the timing chain..been running fine just happened out the blue ..any response would be much appreciated...thanks

what year is that? new cap and rotor? fuel pump problem?
