what srt4????

What is this i hear about crap talking on an lt1. I have a 1989 corvette l98 and would smoke an srt4 of course i have shit loads of mods. The possibilities of the v8 are endless superram runner kit, intake manifold, 74219 cam, 52mm throttle body with airfoil,cloyes true timing chain hex adjust, i also put a new water pump, oil pump, 2 new injectors one which was a v6 injector and the other was bad injector the rest were ok, new dual spring setup ,titanium retainers, valve locks,spring seats, took the ratnest out from the front of my radiator(i thought this was crazy) along with a plastic bag covering the radiator, straightpipe, airfoil, accel supercoil,resurfacing heads and valves,new centerforce dual friction clutch, flowmasters, head gastkets,dual mass flywheel,and a k and n airfilter. before these mods I hit a top speed of 170 mph with minor mods and beat an evo8 on the highway. I am not bullshiting

i agree with blu civic. and besides. what the hell is a 74219 cam. if your going to give the grind number, (thats the only thing i can think of your talking about) atleast give the manufacter of it. either you are a dumb ass who knows nothing or you are someone who is trying to make other people believe you are better than them. either way your post is not believable. all of your "mods" as you called them cam be changed into a much more readble list, here ill help, the words in the () are my additions...

superram runner kit, (what the hell is that, is it a manifold, and if so why did you say manifold)
intake manifold (wow a manifold what kind)
74219 cam(like i said before, ?, and who made it)
52mm throttle body with airfoil
cloyes true timing chain

dual (valve) springs

spring seats, (reground or enlarged right, cuz you cant get new ones)

radiator straightpipe, (huh, what are you talking about, exhaust?)

accel supercoil,(nice way to waste your money no performance gain)
resurfacing heads and valves, (valve job right, cant resurface)

head gastkets,(of course you replaced all the other gaskets wile removing the top end right)
dual mass flywheel

I heard some hate talking on the lt1 saying the person could not beat an srt4 i just wanted to let everyone know. Almost all engines are capable of anything as long as you have the money. Im not hating on any car. You guys are too critical.

:lol: it's not to hard to beat an EVO8 from a roll. I've noticed a pattern here. Everyone loves to run EVO's from a roll, but people RARELY, and I mean rarely, ever wanna run one from a dig. I wonder why that is? :p
