How hard is this going to be?

Recently, I decided that I wanted to swap out my 2.2L 3-speed auto for a 2.4L 5 speed. I've got a 97 sunfire and I figured that it can't be THAT hard. Is there anything specific other than the obvious that will need to be changed? I work with a guy who has a 95 cavalier and he is going to do the exact same thing and I figured I could get a head start on him.

So in reallity, how will it be? If anyone can answer my question I would appreciate it.
