95 talon. no clue, help

i have a 95 talon it was running fine then just died on the highway. now it wont start. it is showing error code 42. i can hear the fuel pump kick on. im not sure where the relay is. any suggestions?

Timing Belt

You might check for spark??? I know that 80% of the problems currently encountered with these cars is timing... give those two things a try.
