sealant issues

Hey,
I just bought a 1992 ford escort gt. It mostly works fine and all but the radiator coolant tank leakes. The seal where the sensor goes leakes very bad. Does anyone know where i can order a new seal or know of any way to permantly fix the problem. Thanks for all the help.
