install sites

does anyone know of any DIY install sties to help you install aftermarket parts? im no mechanic and i dont want to have to pay shops for labor to install things in my car.

I usually just do a search on Yahoo or Google. I type something like....
"integra spring installation" or "integra cam installation". I always find a few good sites.
