I plan on attending college in the fall semester. I will be saving up during college, so I'll be able to move off campus. Until then I have this whole summer to earn a few bucks to put into my car. So I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips into what would be the performance gain for minimal dollars. Like a CAI or something. I'd really love to hop on to the SR20 train, but I just don't see that happening this summer, maybe next summer. So any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated thanks!

anything that you can keep when you have your sr is a goodstart. that way you dont waste money.

suspension will always be needed so think about that.

a good exhaust is nice

some wheels will always make our car look nicer

last but not least a big sticker that says " i am thelogikal1's bitch" in big bold letters down the side of our car.

have fun, good luck and welcome to af

strut bars for handling. 300zx fuel filter for some power gains. exhaust (not really cheap but stays w/ any engine). intake.

just save up. and....don't drive very much cuz of the high ass gas prices. that'll help save money.

300ZX fuel filter doesn't help gain any power. If you gain any power from it, it's because you're old filter was clogged

If I were you, I'd make sure the car was in top running condition when you go to college. Tune it up before you make it "faster."
