Ebay Items????

Ive been looking for intake systems for my 91 non turbo nissan and was wondering if ebay items were ok to get considering they are only 60 bucks. the only name brand i saw for intakes were BOMZ but that was only pipes, id get K&N or Green filters for it. Will it matter what the pipes are?

Since the pipes aren't going to be pressurized or anything I don't see a problem with that provided that it all seals correctly so you don't get unmetered air slipping past your air flow sensor and screwing up your air-fuel ratio. Running lean at 100+ is not good.

As far as Ebay stuff goes, I don't see why not as long as its some like some sidemarker lights or something non-critical to the function of the car. I got front and rear strut braces for my 240sx for $66 total and thats shipped up from California when Nismo or anybody else brand name for that matter wanted 100+ for just the front bar plus shipping. They do the job just as well and have a nice polished finish just with out a NISM0 sticker on the end. Yeah but an engine, clutch or spindle or something..definately inspect before buy.

i, personally will never buy off ebay. i just don't trust it. a jwt pop charger is $90 at ultimatez.com. i have always heard that jwt is the best cone-filter for the z you can get.

Awesome thanks guys... Yeah all i bought ebay was a greddy front end, a universal wing and the tailight and center panel set for 80bucks!!! the tail light and center panel was 80 bucks to let you know..Ill just turn around and sell it for a lot more
