Car cut out at 95 mph?

I am trying to get an legimiate 1/4 mile time out of my car but I cant because every time I get ready to hit 4th gear the car just bogs and doesnt do anything, no boost or acceleration. I keep turning 14.0's @98 cause I cant finish a run. Anybody know why? All I have to do to fix it is turn the car off and back on again.
