2000 Ram 1500 Ignition problem

Looking for an answer to why my 2000 ram 1500 shuts down. It will be running fine then all of a sudden it just quits. When it shuts down the
fuel gage will not register and it gets niether fuel or power. Let it sit for a while and it will run again until next time. Relays have been replaced and fuel pump also. Help
