Disc Brake Dragging

I have a 91 Sonoma; the left front disc brakes are dragging. I replaced the caliper, pads and rotor. I had to replace the pads and rotor, smoked 'em. I can drive about 4 miles on the road at 55 mph and use the brakes at least as possible and the front left wheel will be so hot I can't hold my hand on it.
The break line supplies fluid to both front wheels. Could the culprit be the rubber flex hose?
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

YES.
The rubber hose can deteriorate from the inside and hold pressure on the piston

A good rule of thumb, whenever you replace the caliper, replace the hose.
