Hey you camaro guys i got a ???

Has any of you camaro LS1 guys been able to pull a 1.9 60' time yet. On street tires and completely stock?

I'm 2.20 on stock rubber. I burn up the tires if I try to dig harder.

well, i guess that would depend on the street tires, you could be running 10.5in DOT approved slicks and be running "street tires" so i suppose that if your quick enough, with those tires, its possible. i got an old school TPI so cant say ive done it.

yea, its doubtable, i wouldnt believe it unless i saw it, thats kinda quick, maybe if hes like a pro driver and really good at a stick, is it a stick???

Well iam trying to call this one guy. And iam trying to find a person thats not bias. So that's why i went into the camaro thread. This guy says he can run a 13.09 1/4 with a 1.9 60' time and his Mach 1 is completely stock. And i know the LS1 camaro's are a bit quicker than the Mach 1 and my friends SS has never came close to a 1.9 60' time. I mean thats what i run the 60' in and i have AWD.

tell him you think its b.s until you see a time slip

new mach 1 13.1 at 107 bone stock 2.1 60'
totally stock down to tires and air filter
pretty impressive even from a chvy guys point of view

see that's what i find hard to believe 13.1. I have beatin so far 2 mach 1 at the track. My best ET ever was a 13.55 @ 105. And the mach 1 ran a 13.6

im callin b.s on the 1.9, the way i see it he should broke into the 12s since the other stock cars were runnin 13.1s and a 60' of 2.1

yea it all depends on the driver

i guess the guy who ran the 13.1 stock in the mach 1 had a lot of experiece and knew what he was doin....

I dont think this guy is running a 1.9' foot time. That means he can launch his RWD car and keep up with me in the launch.

Mach 1 has what 300 horsies, Cobra 390, cobra runs low 13's mach1 doesnt i have raced one.

Since it's seems like the 13.1 w/ 2.1 60' is true, I'd have to assume he is a damn good driver and most like got a factory freak... as a matter of physics he has to have more than 305HP at the fly for that time.
