Key FOB Programming

I just bought my '98 Avenger this past January of 2004. It was used with about 35,000 miles on it. However, the used car dealership from which I had bought it didn't have the Key FOB to go along with it. I have an old Key FOB from a proir owned '96 Dodge Avenger. Does anyone know how to program the Key FOB?
