94 Grand AM SE - HELP!

Hi,
I own a 94 Pontiac Grand AM SE (V6 3.1L) which has a few problems that may or may not be related to a low speed front end collision that happened over a year ago.
a) Whenever I drive at a sustained speed of over 90kph (or 55mph) for 10 minutes or so, the engine light comes on. If I pull over and turn off the ignition, then restart it, the engine light is out.
b) If I put my hazard lights on, only one indicator light on the dash lights up, and then when I go to use my signal indicators, they do not work. Again, if I stop and turn off the car, this usually clears the signal light problem, but if I try using the hazards again, the same problem appears.
c) I've noticed a "rough" sound on the left front side of the car, like its coming from the tire whenever I drive straight or turn right...turning left does not produce the noise. The sound is sort of like driving on a rough paved road. The tire looks fine, and I'm wondering if it has something to do with the front hub assembly.
Is there a way for me to check the engine codes without buying a scanner? I don't have access to an AutoZone that does this service for free (I live in Ontario, Canada).
Also, where do I find the hazard/flasher unit in my car?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Wayne :)

On your 1994 PONTIAC GRAND AM, the FLASHER is:
Front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in bottom of convenience panel.
Just check your oil level to make sure it is not low.
Have your tire balanced first. If you have purchased your tires brand new, usually you will get a lifetime free balance of your times every 6 months or so.
