ok here is my situation...

i have a 1993 chev cavalier and what i am trying to do is take a turbo off a saab and make it all work.

this is what i need.

turbo
scic unit
header
piping
intercooler(not inportant right now but will buy for good price)
BOV if sombody has one

and i can get the oil lines and what not i just need to get started.

if you have any of these things or know where to get them it would be greatly appretiated

p.s. im 18 and i dont have that much to spend... :2cents:

e-mail me at [email protected] or give me a call @ (612)-205-3811

what kind of turbos are on older saabs anyway, like T3s?

yeah, and the popular thing to do is get a t3/t4 hybrid, because it'll bolt right on...

Mainly Garrett T3 and T25, depends on how old the car is.

You can also use the Automatic Performance Control system from the Saab (if it has a separate APC system).

The problem when adding a turbo on a non turbocharged engine is usually to solve how to add the extra fuel. The best way is to reprogram the ECU or fit an aftermarket ECU or even one from another car (Saab Trionic 5.5 engine management have for example been used with Volvo engines). Another good solution is to use a separate system which adds the extra fuel needed.
