Studdering at takeoff

i have a 91 S10 V6 2.8 with 167,000 the past day or so on the take off from a stop stutters then about 10 seconds later it will jump and take off
ive noticed it idles higher and is having trouble starting when sat over night. also turn signals stay on when head lights are turned on but they do not flash outside of the truck they just stay solid lite on the dash....

any body know whats wrong.... should i just run it off a cliff?>

replace your fuel fillter if you have not all ready done so. now you blinkers, go to the parts store spend the 3 dollars on a new flasher unit. they are easy to change, just twist and pull (it should be in/near the fuse panel
