B16 nightmare!!!

Okay, here's the deal. I've got a 98' civic EX. D16 now rests in peace after an unknown oil leak ended up draining everything in less than a month, and it was running dry. Needless to say it wasn't pretty. Anyhow, I bought a B16A2 from a 2000 civic Si. I asked around here earlier if everything i.e. wiring, mounts, etc. would remain legit. Upon battling with one wrong thing after another (i.e. no starter, no clutch or flywheel, wrong motor (one that is actually on the motor) and trany mounts (rear mount provided was for a teggy, and is too long), we finally get the thing in. I was under the impression that the wiring would remain the same, so my old harness could stay. NOT SO.
So now I need to ask if anyone here has any pictures of the wiring diagrams for the 2000 si. Tried google, no such luck, and with only a 56k, downloading the manual that I'm sure has it, would take around 5 hours... 5 hours I could put into working on my car. Thanks all.
P.S. If anyone happens to have a B-series starter, rear tranny mount for the si, the mid-halfshaft for a B, or a wiring harness for the si just hanging around, waiting for a rainy day, e-mail me with any info, and maybe we can work out a deal of the monetary persuasion. Thanks again.

Best possible thing you could EVER do would be to buy a Helms manual for both your 98 and one for the engine that you purchased.... I swear, mine has saved my car more times than you could imagine.
What kind of wiring diagrams are you speaking of? The ECU should plug directly into your current ECU plug and harness without a problem.
Or are you needing to rewire the engine harness for some reason? If so, what part are you confused about?

Yeah, I gotta rewire a lot. The wiring it came with has a few things missing due to carelessness of removal, and also because my 98' ex isn't big enough to get to all the places it needs to. All because they switched to OBDIIb... I hate emissions. Anyhow, thanks jcrx for the pics, I'll prolly end up needing those in the end too.
Oh yeah, just for grins, here's a list of all the goodies that are already installed;
GSR cams, Pistons, rods, valve springs.
Type R Intake manifold.
STR High flow fuel rail.
Mystery brand (brand name was scraped) oversized throttle body.
Re-using my Iceman Cold Air.
And once it's up and running, 2.5" stainless piping from the cat back.
XX Crossing fingers this works out!!! XX

Mos Def . . . invest in some sort of manual for your car to keep in it at all times, or you can just consult with all of us :)
