1986 LeSabre 3.8L - ignition timing

What should the ignition timing be on the 3.8L at idle? This car is stock. I know it is not adjustable, I just trying to pinpoint a no power problem. The only thing my scan tool is showing that seems strange is 39 degrees advance at idle. Seems like too much advance.
