on the freeway near Sacramento, California i spotted a black Ferrari F360 zoom by on the fast lane going like 100mph

100MPH?? Why the hell can't I do that over here on I-35 or IH-10 in San Antonio?

speed limit in here is 65 mph, he might of been going a little bit slower but the car just zoomed by me.
