97 ga windows

the windows on my 97 gase rattle like mad, as well as the door panels or something...if i roll the power window all the way up, on every little bump it has an annoying rattle, if i bring it down just a hair it stops for a while and then starts again...what can i possibly do to stop the annoying sound of that thing rattling? also, the door panel (where the power windows and locks are) is extremely creaky, especially when you lean against it or put your arm on it. is there a way this can be stopped also? thanks a lot
