shifting

say im going like 55-60, on a highway with lights, and theres a red up ahead, so i hit the clutch, put it in neutral, and let up on the clutch, then when its time to go, rev, and kinda double clutch upwards, is that bad for the tranny?

as long as that ended with, rev match to gear your going to go into, push in clutch, shift into gear, let out clutch, its actually good for the car.
